Our processing center can produce No.4, Hairline, Random Finish, SB/Satin, 8K Mirror and customized mixed finishes for decorative and industrial stainless steel applications.

With our own processing lines and equipment manufacturing experience, we can adjust abrasives, line speed and polishing parameters according to different materials and required surface effects.

Surface Finishes We Provide

No.4 Finish

Uniform directional grain with a clean satin appearance. Commonly used for kitchen equipment, architectural panels, elevators and commercial stainless steel products.

Hairline Finish

Fine, continuous linear grain with a decorative appearance. Suitable for elevators, interior panels, furniture and architectural applications.

Random Finish

Irregular or non-directional surface texture for decorative stainless steel. Suitable for wall panels, furniture and customized interior projects.

SB / Satin Finish

Soft and uniform brushed texture with a smooth visual effect, widely used for appliances, furniture and decorative panels.

8K Mirror Finish

High-gloss reflective stainless steel surface produced through multi-stage polishing and buffing. Suitable for elevators, luxury decoration, display panels and PVD substrates.

Custom Mixed Finish

We can also evaluate mixed grinding patterns and customized decorative finishes based on your sample, photo or surface requirement.

Stainless Steel Sheet & Coil Processing

We process both stainless steel sheets and coils.

For sheets, the production process can include loading, grinding or polishing, cleaning, drying, protective film laminating and unloading.

For coils, the line can include decoiling, continuous surface finishing, cleaning, laminating and recoiling.

Different processing configurations are selected according to material size, surface requirement and production quantity.
