The Stainless Steel Cleaning and Drying Machine is an auxiliary unit used in stainless steel surface finishing lines to clean and dry the material after grinding or polishing.
During Hairline, No.4, Satin / SB and 8K surface processing, polishing residue, abrasive particles, water and other contaminants may remain on the stainless steel surface. The cleaning and drying system removes these residues and dries the material before protective film lamination, recoiling or stacking, helping maintain a clean and consistent finished surface.
The machine can be integrated into both stainless steel coil and sheet polishing lines as part of a continuous surface finishing process.
Main Functions
Surface Cleaning
Removes polishing residue, abrasive particles, dust and other contaminants remaining on the stainless steel surface after grinding or polishing.
Efficient Drying
After cleaning, the material passes through the drying section to remove residual moisture and prepare the surface for the next production process.
Prepare for Film Lamination
A clean and dry surface is important before applying protective film. The cleaning and drying unit helps reduce contaminants and residual moisture that may affect subsequent film lamination.
Continuous Line Integration
The machine can work continuously with Hairline, No.4, Satin / SB and 8K polishing equipment, as well as laminating machines, tension units, recoilers and other production line components.
Typical Position in the Production Line
For stainless steel coil processing:
Decoiling → Grinding / Polishing → Cleaning & Drying → Film Laminating → Tension Control → Recoiling
For stainless steel sheet processing:
Loading → Grinding / Polishing → Cleaning & Drying → Film Laminating → Stacking
