Hydraulic Decoiler and Recoiler for Stainless Steel Coil Processing Line

Description

The Hydraulic Decoiler and Recoiler are essential production line components used at the beginning and end of a stainless steel coil surface finishing line. The decoiler holds and unwinds the stainless steel coil for continuous feeding, while the recoiler collects the processed strip and rewinds it into a finished coil.

Working together with Hairline, No.4, Satin / SB, 8K polishing machines and other auxiliary equipment, the hydraulic decoiling and recoiling system supports continuous coil-to-coil processing and stable material handling throughout the production line.

The equipment can be configured according to coil specifications, production speed and the overall line design.

Hydraulic Decoiler

The Hydraulic Decoiler is installed at the beginning of the production line. It supports the raw stainless steel coil and continuously feeds the strip into the downstream processing equipment.

Main Functions

Coil Loading & Support
Supports the stainless steel coil and prepares it for continuous processing.

Stable Uncoiling
Allows the stainless steel strip to unwind smoothly and enter the production line in a controlled manner.

Continuous Material Feeding
Works with the feeding and processing units to provide continuous material supply for the polishing line.

Hydraulic Expansion
The hydraulic expansion mechanism securely holds the coil on the mandrel and facilitates coil loading and unloading.

Hydraulic Recoiler

The Hydraulic Recoiler is installed at the end of the production line. After grinding, polishing, cleaning, drying and film lamination, the processed stainless steel strip is rewound into a finished coil.

Main Functions

Finished Coil Rewinding
Collects the continuously processed stainless steel strip and rewinds it for subsequent handling, storage and transportation.

Stable Coil Formation
Works with the line’s tension and guiding systems to support orderly and stable recoiling.

Continuous Production
Allows the surface finishing process to operate in a continuous coil-to-coil production mode.

Convenient Coil Handling
The hydraulic expansion structure helps secure the finished coil during recoiling and facilitates unloading after production.
